Terms & Disclosure

These terms govern the use of this website, and set out clearly what O'Boyle Acquisitions is — a real estate investment company that buys property as a principal.

Last updated August 2026. This document is a working draft pending review by legal counsel and may be revised.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or submitting a property through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Investment company disclosure

O'Boyle Acquisitions is a real estate investment company and is not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent property owners as real estate agents or brokers. Depending on the transaction, O'Boyle Acquisitions may purchase properties directly or work with third-party investment/buying partners.

Nothing on this website should be read as an offer of brokerage services, as advice about the market value of your property, or as a recommendation about how you should sell it. If you want your property marketed to the public, a licensed real estate broker — not an investment company — is the appropriate party to speak with.

No offer and no agreement

Submitting a property through this website is a request for a conversation. It is not an offer to purchase, an acceptance of any offer, or a contract of any kind, and it does not obligate either of us to proceed.

Any purchase would be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Statements made on this website do not modify or add to the terms of such an agreement.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the owner of the property, an authorized representative of the owner, or otherwise entitled to discuss its sale.

Your submission is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of site content

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. Buying criteria, service area, and process descriptions may change without notice.

Third-party partners

Depending on the property and transaction, a purchase may be completed by O'Boyle Acquisitions directly or by one of its established investment or buying partners. Where a partner is involved, that will be disclosed to you before any agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

The O'Boyle Acquisitions name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of O'Boyle Acquisitions and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Boyle Acquisitions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the business grows or as legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
