The Owner

The person you’ll actually be talking to.

O’Boyle Acquisitions is a small, owner-operated real estate investment company. The person who reads your submission is the person who calls you back.

Background

Listen first. Solve second.

  1. I worked professionally around diesel trucks. The job was figuring out what was actually causing a problem, understanding why, and fixing it correctly the first time — not swapping parts until something changed.

  2. Before there is any talk of a deal, I want to understand the situation in front of me: what the property needs, what the owner needs, and whether those two things can line up.

  3. Members of my family work in the industry, and being around that is what sparked my own interest in acquisitions and in finding opportunities worth pursuing.

  4. Understanding what someone is dealing with before talking about price, and following through on what was agreed. Residential acquisitions are the starting point — the longer-term plan is to grow into larger investments over time.

Downtime costs people money, and guessing costs them more.

The Standard

What we want to be known for.

Not volume, and not pressure — six things we would rather be judged on.

  • 01

    Honesty

A straight answer, including when the answer is no.

  • 02

    Clear communication

You hear where things stand without having to chase it.

  • 03

    Understanding first

The situation comes before the price conversation.

  • 04

    Following through

What was agreed is what happens.

  • 05

    Deals that make sense

Structured to work for both sides, or not done.

  • 06

    Long-term relationships

Built to outlast the transaction they started with.
